Saw a ring I liked online, but when I tried to order it, I discovered that I was not able to select the size ring I needed. I started a chat session, and my contact person was so very helpful. My ring was successfully ordered through her. It arrived sized to what I needed. Love it!

Where do I begin!?! 1. First of all, the customer service is superb! The staff will reach out to you if there is an issue with your order. I ordered online for my husband. The item that I purchased happened to have sold out. Instead of simply returning my money or sending me the standard "we are sorry your item has sold out..." they took the time to call and emailed me if I would be interested in the same item but in a larger size and for the same price! I have not had that kind of customer service experience for many years! 2. The quality of their jewelry is superb as well. You truly get what you pay for! Beautiful and original pieces.3. Great sales and discounts but quality is not sacrificed!
